North Acres Park is located at: 

This renovation includes the improvement of the previous playground and the conversion of the wading pool to the brand new spray park!

The playground renovation provided new play equipment, site improvements to enhance use and safety and access improvements to facilitate use by all users.

The spray park conversion project has a number of spray features intended primarily for children. Key considerations in designing the project were safety, water/energy conservation and selection of spray features that the community finds engaging.

Now if only the weather would hurry up and cooperate...

Today was a very exciting day for our team!

We are so proud to announce that our very own Chuck Cady has earned the prestigious RE/MAX Career Award, Circle of Legends!  He is the FIRST and ONLY agent in Washington State to have received this award and one of only 124 agents in the United States.  It has been achieved by less than 1% of all Sales Associates in the RE/MAX Network.

The Circle of Legends Award , created in 2001, honors highly productive agents who have completed 10 years of service with the company.

Chuck Cady together with his Business Partner of 25+years, Ann Babb-Nordling have been blazing trails in the real estate industry since 1983.  Chuck and Ann don’t typically like to advertise all of their awards they have received over the years since they feel their greatest achievements are all of the people they have been able to serve for nearly 30 years.  

However, today is a reminder of what has been accomplished and therefore it is a good day to reflect upon and appreciate the achievements as they truly have earned them!

There are only a few more days left in the month to take advantage of tax credits for energy efficiency home improvements!  Tax credits up to $500 are available for home owner’s to claim until the end of the year, but they better hurry. Congress has yet to renew the tax credits for 2012.
